Check and inspect all Rail condition for overlaps, cracks and loose fastenings.
Any damaged rail is reported for Rail Repairs.
Check cant and alignment and correct as required.
Check for slacks and mud-holes and repairs.
Ensure adequate drainage alongside track at correct distance from track.
Ensure 50mm gap below rail and rail is not enclosed in sand/ stones to minimize rust.
Remove any obstructions on track including overhanging vegetation and ensure visibility for train operator.
